Tips:

Start with 1 tsp day and gradually increase, preferable in the morning and on an empty stomach to kickstart your days. Please be advised that some people might be allergic to pollen and if you are experiencing an allergic reaction please stop using it immediately. Pollen is not recommended for children under 12 months of age. Store in a cool, dry place.

    I find the taste quite difficult and experimenting with different ways of consuming it

      Hi Therese!

      Thank you for your review. Bee pollen does have quite an interesting taste indeed 🙂 there are lots of ways you can consume it to help. You can grind it up into a powder formula and put it in smoothies, yoghurt+fruits+honey,or add to tea or salads. You can also dissolve it in around 3 tablespoons of water, add some honey and lemon and drink it as a shot. The shot is probably the easiest way for your tastebuds! There are also some recipes online that involve bee pollen, such as overnight oats or chia pudding. I hope this helps!

    Fantastic Bees 🐝
    This bee pollen is absolutely amazing and good quality. Incredible easy to use, I put it in the muesli, juices or smoothies and sprinkle in salads.
    The team in Cairne Bees are very helpful and they have lot of knowledge about what they do.
